My Mum and Dad invented this wonderful drink!
I always drink this as a night time drink as its sweet and yummy,
very soothing and sleepy-fying before bed.
All the goodies are intended to give your immune system a kick up the ass (pardon the pun)
and keep it working correctly for you.
You could just use the recipe if you feel ill,
but I drink it every night as a preventative.
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon honey
Half teaspoon cinnamon
Some grinds of black pepper
A squirt of lemon juice
A scraping of coconut oil
The coconut helps the turmeric emulsify, but it does take time.
The black pepper is to help the turmeric enter your system.
Obviously it's best if you have fresh, organic, non waxed lemons.
