Inclusion

At our root we are the Earth
we are mother: death and birth.
We are each other, each and every one.
There is no room for exclusion.

The Bee

And a little Bumble Bee came to explore me, and walked around my crossed legs, and settled on my jumper above my right hip, and went to sleep. And it never woke up. And this is how that bee felt, to me...

Jungfrau... Infinite Potential

Today I was thinking about my life and all the things I could do with it and I got this overwhelming feeling like I was stood on top of a Swiss mountain...

Wondering why this emotional memory came up, I realised: its the feeling of Infinite Possibility...

That feeling you can only get from being above the world and looking as far as you can into the horizon and knowing that anything is possible.

I quite like this feeling, so I drew it, and named her 'Jungfrau' meaning 'Young Woman' or 'Virgin': Infinite Potential indeed!

This crystal helped me along with the drawing... and I guess she could be mistaken for an icy mountain!

Healing Art

I use art to explore how it feels to meditate on, or to heal,
parts of my
Body, Mind and Spirit

Woman: Creation and Chaos

A Healing Journey meditation I went on, guided by my white jade yoni ball.
I had a vision of riding on the back of a snow leopard, into the universe, where this golden shining woman appeared before my eyes.
(I drew the snow leopard, my delightful mode of transport, and wrote a story about him, which you can see here.)

Healthy. Vibrant. Mindful.

A meditation and healing session on my immune system.

With this one and the above, I was using Fast Track Technique for healing, which you can read about here...

I SURRENDER

An experience I had in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
I was so angry one day that I wanted to scream.
I lay on the beach and let myself feel all the emotions coming into me, allowed myself to be angry, surrendered to my anger. Then as it built to intensity, it felt like shattering glass inside me 3 times: in my sacral, heart and throat.
And a sense of peace and oneness came over me.
True healing and an incredible experience.
This is how it felt:

Crystal Art...

I have a unique relationship with my crystals.
They are like people to me, each with their own story and personality.
Summer 2015 I began doing intuitive art with them.
I take one in my hand, observe its colours, its flaws and perfections, its patterns.
Then I close my eyes, relax my mind, and connect to it.
The colours and shapes that come into my minds-eye are beautiful and out of this world.
I would like to share them with you.

Jasper.
He was given to me by my sister-friend when she visited me from Berlin.
He came from Avebury Stone Circle.
He guided me on my journey this summer, and helped me get back to Thailand.
He also guided me to find my first yoni egg: a snake-skin jasper.

Rose
She also came from Avebury, but I found her myself.
She has helped me to connect with my own heart, and to universal love.

Tourmaline Triplets
These triplets are my grounding crystals.
And I put them in front of my laptop to protect me from electromagnetic smog.

Carnelian
She is one of my chakra crystal set: the sacral (second) chakra.

Leo
I found Leo in Berlin, the day after I took a shamanic trip and met my power animal: the turtle.
He is a rhyolite: my turtle stone.
I named him Leo after a turtle that my brother and cousin rescued from the Chinese market in Chiang Mai (also pictured!)

Jade
Jade was my white rabbit. I found her in Pai, Thailand, and followed her around a bit.
Shortly afterwards I found an incredible project to be involved in... in Pai! Read about it here. Jade directly led me to it!
I went back to Pai and managed to lose her by the river. She went full circle, decided she had enough of me following her around, and hopped off. So I have no picture of her!
Picture
Update: I didn't see Jade for around 3 months and then she turned up again in Brighton, England, in a pocket of my bag. Something tells me it's good to be home.

Sunstone
A new friend gave me this stone the first time she met me... and what a beautiful gift that turned out to be.
