''To keep the body in good health is a duty...
otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.''
- Buddha
There is an undeniable truth when it comes to looking after our
bodies and health:
if we were still living in ancient tribal societies we would not have most of the disease we do today, we would have natural or spiritual remedies for absolutely every affliction, and we would know how to feel our own bodies and emotions to prevent illnesses occurring in the first place.

if we were still living in ancient tribal societies we would not have most of the disease we do today, we would have natural or spiritual remedies for absolutely every affliction, and we would know how to feel our own bodies and emotions to prevent illnesses occurring in the first place.
But we don't live in ancient tribal society, so the question is:
how do we re-connect with our bodies so we can know instantly when we have a problem?
How can we re-connect with nature in our medicines?
How can we purge the world of these man-made diseases?

How can we purge the world of these man-made diseases?
There are so many ways and means of doing this at our disposal. There are still people living in tribal societies, or who are still in touch with the land they live on, from whom we can learn so much.
So in this section I would like to take a closer look at things people do that work for them, things that are clearly not working, and how we can re-arrange our thoughts around our bodies and health to benefit us and future generations.
